A complete housing portfolio consists of the following:
- A sample rental application
- A rental cover letter, as discussed in section 6
- Identification documents
- Recent Income documentation, such as pay stubs or a benefits award letter from the last 3 months
- Reference letters (3 or more)
- Any additional documentation that you feel a landlord would like to see
- Your Rent Well certificate
